This enables the early identification of common themes that may cause schedule slippages and ensures preventive actions are carried out on-time.
- Although MS Project has several functionalities, the off-the-shelf solution often times may not be able to address client's unique challenges. Our specialists can leverage the potential of MS Project using Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) to build bespoke scheduling tools that can solve unique PMO issues for clients. With VBA, we can automate your PMO processes and build schedule reports quickly, allowing your PMO to focus on other value added tasks.
- We also offer training services for PMOs by providing the knowledge and skills required for developing, maintaining and providing schedule reports.
